Under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sumayya Bint Al-Hassan, Orange Jordan supported and sponsored the Telecommunications and Media Integration Conference 2009, organized by "Al-murshidoun Al-Arab. More than 430 dignitaries representing regional and international telecommunication and media institutions participated in the event. This year's conference focused on increasing the high speed internet penetration amongst different population segments as well as its contribution to the spread of e-commerce usage and to services that relies on integration and multi media. Mr. Michael Ghussein, Orange Jordan CEO spoke, in a debate session, about the needs of secure and highly advanced telecommunication services at the present time, the competition and growth in broadband service that Jordan is witnessing, in addition to Orange's excel in its innovations, quality services and moderate prices.
