If you want to upgrade your ADSL speed, here is the simplest way to do it. Please click the offer you have subscribed to from the list below:

7) How can I check my download capacity?
  You can benefit from the extra GB as a Value Added Service to extend your current download capacity and maintain a high speed ADSL with a monthly fee of JD3 per GB, up to a maximum of 10GB.

8) How can I activate my orange e-mail?
When you subscribe to ADSL, you will get

free email addresses

@orange.jo with e-mail box storage capacity to 250 MB; you can share more pictures, files and videos with all your family and friends and keep your memories alive!
9) How can I access my e-mail address?

The Orange username and password you're using for accessing the internet; can be used to access your e-mail account. Just enter your username and password on the www.orange.jo homepage, in the e-mail box field, then, you can enjoy your 250MB of storage capacity!

10) How can I change my orange email address?

Download the form (download Now) and fill it then send to info@orange.jo with attaching copy of your ID, or you can send it to fax number 064608999

Notes:

  Your new password will be by default "new 123"and you can change it directly when you access your email from My settings field.
  If your new orange email is not valid Orange will inform you.
11) How can I change my orange email password?

12) How can I enjoy my free additional e-mail addresses?
If you are a home customer, you can enjoy two more addresses for free (three in totals). If you are a business customer, you can enjoy four more addresses for free (five in totals). Just give us a call at 06 460 8888 in order to choose and activate your additional mailboxes.
13) What are Internet VASs?
Internet VASs are the value added services that you can subscribe to, in order to enrich your internet experience. You can subscribe to one of the following Internet VASs:
   E-mail address
   Parental control (for residential customers) and safe surf, click here (parental control )
   Internet fax away , just send an e-mail from your orange account to faxnumber@faxaway.com

14) What is ‘ADSL in one bill’?
  ADSL consists of two parts; Access and

Internet service provider

(ISP). With ADSL new bundles the end users will have one point of contact to ADSL service for both Access and Internet from the ISP. With ADSL new bundles you can subscribe to ADSL service (Access and Internet) from Orange Internet and receive one bill for both.

16) Where can I pay my internet bills?
There are different ways to pay your bills as we are keen on providing you with the best and simplest solutions.  You can pay your bill through one of the following : 
 

Online Payment

:now you can pay your bills online using your visa card through orange.jo (pay your internet bills online)
 

Orange Shops

: You can pay your Orange bills: Fixed, Mobile & Internet bills at any of Orange shops (click here)
  ATM electronic machine:There are 14 machines available in the following locations: Main Building-City Center, Sweifieh, Tla'a Ali, Mecca Mall, Al Abdali, Marj Al Hamam, Wasfi Tal Street (previously Gardens), Al Bayader, Sweileh, Al Khayyam, Al Ashrafyeh, Marka, Zarqa Center and Irbid.
  Pay at your preferred location: you can arrange to pay your bills from your preferred location. Just call 06 5806000 & arrange with D&C runners to visit you & collect your bills at your convenient time.
  At post Offices:you can pay your bills at any of post Offices in all the kingdom. If you pay at any of following Post Offices, you don’t need to bring your bill as you can inquire about your account & pay any amount you want. In the following Post Offices, you can pay your bills as if you are paying at Orange shops.

17) What if I want to travel for a while? What shall I do with my Orange Internet connection?
If you are ADSL in One bill customer, you can suspend your internet subscription for a maximum of 3 months with a 50% discount on your bill.
18) What if I don't know how to read my bill or if I have a question about the items on it, what do I do?
If you don’t understand the terms or feel confused about the information in your bill, you can call 06460 8888 and our Customer Care team will be more than glad to help you.
19) How can I report a problem?
You can report a problem by calling 06460 8888, or simply through this link http://orange.jo/en/report_a_problem.php, we will be pleased to help you solve it.
20) What happens if I don't pay my bill by the due date?
If you don't pay your bill by the due date indicated on your bill, we will give you a two week grace period before your ADSL line is disconnected. Our Customer Care team will call you before disconnection takes place. However, if you delay your payment further on, you risk cancelling your ADSL line.
21) How to change your display name for your orange.jo email?
1 –from the main page of your email choose "my settings"


2- From "Personalize my web mail " choose "change display name".



3-enter the new display name then click Ok.

22) how could i test my internet connection speed?
23) Why some times when we pay our bills online we got the pop up message that (the security certificate has expired )?
this is normal behaviour from the browsers for all the secure URL such as this application which is using https, normally internet explorer give you the bellow screen , you should click on continue to this website Please feel free to change the question and the answer if you have something better or more clear .
24) How will I receive my bill and what shall I do if my bill isn’t delivered to the address I have given?
We will send your bill to the address you provided us with, also you will receive your ADSL amount bill on your orange email address & SMS on your mobile However, if you don’t receive any bills, it is extremely important to update your information click here or call us on 06460 8888 or visit one of our Shops in order to rectify the situation or to get another copy of your bill.
25) How can I update my contact information?
Updating your contact information is very important as you will receive your bills on your orange email address & SMS on your mobile, to update your information click here
