20) What happens if I don't pay my bill by the due date?
If you don't pay your bill by the due date indicated on your bill, we will give you a two week grace period before your ADSL line is disconnected. Our Customer Care team will call you before disconnection takes place. However, if you delay your payment further on, you risk cancelling your ADSL line.

We will send your bill to the address you provided us with, also you will receive your ADSL amount bill on your orange email address & SMS on your mobile However, if you don’t receive any bills, it is extremely important to update your information
