Alert One Solution: CLIENT will be given a user account on the web based tool (Alert One) in which he can recharge his account with the requested number of messages where the correspondent payment will be paid in advance before recharging the Client’s account. Payment Terms: 100% of the total fees shall pay in advanced. The process of recharging The Client’s account will be through paying the relative fees of the required SMS amount in Orange bank account number for Arab bank 0115/079000-1/700. The receipt will be delivered to the account manager and then forwarded to the finance department where the receipt
SMPP Solution:
SMPP Links: short message Peer-to-peer protocol, is a dedicated for one corporate mobile numbers holding the following MSISDN provided by Orange to the Client that allow the Client to send Local SMS's.
Client will be given a user account on the orange VPN network , in which he can used his account to any requested number of messages where the correspondent charges will be paid within (30) thirty days commencing upon of issuance of each monthly invoice .
The SMPP links will be used for local SMS's sending only, therefore, the links will not have Premium SMS access, thus, links will not be open on Premium SMS gateways.
Billing per Pay-Monthly applicable Bill Cycle; based on activation of a corporate account and a sub-account.
The customer should be committed to consume the all agreed SMS on one calendar year (1 calendar year) within the terms of agreement and as agreed between two parties.
The Client shall provide orange the Bank Guarantee (Bond) for ---Jordanian Dinars (----- JD) before signing the agreement.
Bulk SMS Rules & Conditions:
Bulk SMS Bundles purchased are not refundable.
Migration to higher / lower bundles is applicable.
Multi-Lingual SMS are applicable (Arabic/English)
Orange sets sender ID, for any adjustments customer has to contact corporate sales team.
Character limitation per SMS sent:
Arabic; 69 / SMS
English; 169 / SMS

According the TRC regulation, the customer must be committed to respect the Official Holidays in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan which includes but not limited to the following:, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Christmas, Easter, First Day of Ramadan, New Year, in this respect; Orange may apply its anti-disturbance guide by stopping the service, such action shall never be considered a service interruption |
