In Brief
The Fixed Line is the ordinary telephone service and includes the below features:
1. Local Call Service: any call connecting two subscribers in the same Governorate without any prefix. No details in billing.
2.National Call Service: any call connecting two subscribers in different Governorates. The customer dials a prefix before dialing the number of the second party. Customers receive a detailed monthly bill.
3.International Service: any call connecting one customer in Jordan with another in any Country in the world. The customer receives a detailed monthly bill.
4. Land to Mobile Service: any call originating from a fixed telephone reaching a mobile number.

EXPRESS: 07-4X
UMNIAH: 07-8X
5. Land to pager service: any call originating from a fixed telephone reaching a pager. The prefix is (074).

Corporate voice packages offer

Orange continues to launch new offers on PSTN to its corporate customers to fulfill their different business needs on voice, thus we are now offering  new corporate voice packages with a new concept in the market. The corporate voice packages offer is focusing on providing free minutes on local, national & mobile the customer can control his budget by choosing one of three packages that suits his needs.

 

 

Corporate international package
Corporate International Packages is an offer for the corporate market on the international traffic, where customer can choose a package that includes a number of minutes towards twenty eight international destinations, and he pays monthly fees for this package.
Choosing a package means that the customer will have the mentioned minutes in that package free to be consumed during the month.
Why International packages?
Analysis on international traffic and main customer trends showed that more than 90% of international traffic goes to these 28 destinations.
 Analysis of the corporate market competition environment showed that pre paid providers has started attacking the corporate accounts, and that the pre paid concept is being accepted by corporate accounts.
The International packages offer is a service that allows the customer to contact key international destinations and brings a prepaid aspect to the regular landline.

Offer Management
 
Offer will be activated in the CCBS beginning the launch date.
Customer/account manager should fill the application form of the offer in which he shall determine the following:
The Package that he wants to subscribe in.-
The Telephone number  to benefit from  the offer.

Offer will be entered by the order handling team only.
The international calls item in the first page of the bill will show all the value of the international calls the customer has made, in the normal tariff as if no offer is there.
The international calls amount covered in the package will be shown in the first page of the bill under the name International minutes in Package
 
xxxxx and will be subtracted from the total international calls amount.
The duration of the calls he made will be shown in the detailed page of the bill.
 
Special Terms
 
If the customer consumes more minutes than the allowed in his package he will be charged the normal PSTN tariff.
The telephone numbers mentioned in this form will share the minutes allowed, first come first serve.
If the customer wishes to modify the packages he should fill this form, the modification will take place in the next month.
If the customer wishes to unsubscribe with the offer he should fill this form, the offer will be removed from his bill in the next month.
Customer cannot combine two packages together.

* International Toll Free The International Toll Free Services (ITES) is a Direct Dial Call Services designed for companies located in Jordan who wish to provide their international customers with information and services via a reserved telephone line. Companies receive international calls at their own expense. The international caller will dial a Call Free number assigned by the country's telecommunications company for a particular ITFS customer residing in Jordan.
