5) How can I upgrade my ADSL speed?

If you want to upgrade your ADSL speed, here is the simplest way to do it. Please choose the offer you are subscribed to:

 
 
Click here ((upgrade internet classic adsl customers)if you have Orange ADSL in one bill offer and would like to enjoy a higher speed
 
 
Click here (upgrade internet classic adsl customers) if you have ADSL in one bill offer and you want to migrate to ADSL double plan offer with the same speed.
 
 
Click here (upgrade internet another isp customers) if you have Orange Classic ADSL in with two bills (one for ADSL line and one for the Internet connectivity) and would like to enjoy a higher speed
 
 
if you have another internet service provider and would like to upgrade your speed via Orange access.

6) How can I buy extra GB above my usage allowance?

If you are a subscriber of “differentiate your home” offer; please note that each consumed GB after exceeding the download capacity will be charged with only JD 1.5/GB. If you are not a “differentiate your home” offer subscriber, your ADSL speed will be downgraded after consuming your monthly download capacity; to keep your ADSL speed at the highest given speed, you can:

§  Upgrade your ADSL speed
§  Add an extra GB

7) How can I check my download capacity?

 

You can easily check your download capacity by visiting the “my internet account” page and entering your user name and password in the ADSL usage box after clicking on the “account info” link. For more information, please call 1214 or 06-4608888.

 

8) How can I activate my orange e-mail?

When you subscribe to ADSL, you will get free @ Orange.jo email addresses with e-mail box storage capacity up to 250 MB; you can share more pictures, files and videos with all your family and friends and keep your memories alive!

9) How can I access my e-mail address?

The Orange username and password you're using for accessing the internet; can be used to access your e-mail account. Just enter your username and password on the www.orange.jo homepage, in the e-mail box field, then, you can enjoy your 250MB of storage capacity!

10) How can I change my orange email address?

Download the form (download Now) and fill it then send it to info@orange.jo with an attached copy of your ID, or you can send it to fax number 064608999

Your new password will be by default "new 123"and you can change it directly when you access your email from My settings field.

11) How can I change my orange email password?

Enter to your email homepage » my setting » change password.
 

12) How can I enjoy my free additional e-mail addresses?

If you are a home customer, you can enjoy two more addresses for free (three in total). If you are a business customer, you can enjoy four more addresses for free (five in total). Just give us a call on 06 460 8888 in order to choose and activate your additional mailboxes.

13) What are Internet VAS?

 

Internet VAS are the value added services that you can subscribe to, in order to enrich your internet experience. You can subscribe to one of the following Internet VAS:
 
 E-mail address
 
 Parental control (for residential customers) and safe surf, click here (parental control )
Note: make sure to include the country code and area code for the recipient

 

14) What is ‘ADSL in one bill’?

 
 
ADSL consists of two parts; Access and Internet service provider (ISP). With the new ADSL bundles, the end user will have one point of contact for the ADSL service to both Access and Internet from the ISP. With our new bundles you can subscribe to ADSL service (Access and Internet) from Orange Internet and receive one bill for both.

16) Where can I pay my internet bills?

We present you with a variety of safe payment methods under your control to help you in paying your Orange Fixed, Mobile, Internet bills easily without any extra expenses.  

 
 
 
Online Payment: now you can pay your bills online using your visa card through
 
 
Orange Shops: You can pay your Orange bills: Fixed, Mobile & Internet bills at any of Orange shop
 
 
Pay at your preferred location: you can arrange to pay your bills from your preferred location. Just call 06 5806000 & arrange with D&C runners to visit you & collect your bills at your convenient time.
 
 
At post Offices across the Kingdom: you can pay your bills at any of post office across the Kingdom.  When paying your bill at the below post offices there is no need for you to bring your bill along because you can inquire about your account and pay your bills as if you are in one of our shops.

17) What if I want to travel for a while? What shall I do with my Orange Internet connection?

If you are an ADSL in One Bill customer, you can suspend your internet subscription for a maximum of 3 months with a 50% discount on your bill.

18)What if I did not understand the contents of my bill or if I have a question about the items on it, what do I do?

If you don’t understand the terms or feel confused about the information in your bill, you can call 06460 8888 and our Customer Care team will be more than glad to help you.

19) How can I report a problem?

You can report a problem by calling 06460 8888, or simply through this http://www.orange.jo/en/report-a-problem/, we will be pleased to help you solve it.

20) What happens if I don't pay my bill by the due date?

If you don't pay your bill by the due date indicated on your bill, we will give you a two week grace period before your ADSL line is disconnected. Our Customer Care team will call you before disconnection takes place. However, if you delay your payment further on, you risk canceling your ADSL line.

21) Why some times when we pay our bills online we got the pop up message that (the security certificate has expired )?

 

This is a normal behavior from all browsers when operating on a secured URL. Usually all versions of IE give you a window on which you have to click on the continue button

 

22) How will I receive my bill and what shall I do if my bill wasn’t delivered to the address I have given?

 

We will send your bill to the address you provided us with, also you will receive your ADSL bill amount bill on your orange email address & SMS on your mobile. However, if you don’t receive any bills, it is extremely important to update your information click here or call us on 06460 8888 or visit one of our shops in order to rectify the situation or to get another copy of your bill.

24) how can I know the best ADSL plan that suits my needs?

25) How can I change my display name of my Orange.jo email?

1 –from the main page of your email choose "my settings"
