Orange Classic ADSL with two bills

Thank you very much for being our Orange Internet customer. If you have Orange Classic ADSL, with two bills (one for ADSL line and the other for the internet connectivity), and would like to enjoy a higher speed, this is how:

1- Download the needed form .
2- Fill the form and save it in your computer.
3-Send the form filled to adslupgrade@orange.jo using your Orange email address @orange.jo or you can fax it to 06-4608999

This is all you need to do; we will call you back to confirm your request.

Fees:

1- For residential customers:

* Tax excluded

2- For Pro customers:

* Tax excluded

The speeds 4 and 8 Mbps are available through the ADSL in One Bill offer only. You can use the Speed upgrade request to transfer your line to the ADSL in One Bill offer.

Migrate from Orange ADSL classic in 2 bills to Orange normal ADSL in 1 bill:

If you have Orange Classic ADSL, with two bills and would like to upgrade your ADSL speed and migrate to ADSL in one bill offer here is how:

1- Download the form.
2- Download the contract.
3- Fill the documents and sign the contract.
4- Scan and send it with a copy of your ID (Home customer) or your registration ID (PRO customer) to adslupgrade@orange.jo using your orange.jo email ( forgot your orange email) or fax it on 06 4608999
