ADSL one bill offer

I am a subscriber of ADSL in one bill offer with Orange and I would like to enjoy a higher speed / and double my download limits

Here is the way to upgrade your ADSL speed with the plan that you want:

1- Download the form.
2- Fill the form and save it in your computer.
3- Send an e-mail to adslupgrade@orange.jo with an attached copy of the form using your orange.jo email (forget your orange email).

This is all you need to do; we will contact you to confirm your request.

To upgrade your speed, you can as well call the Customer Care at 06-460 88 88 or visit our shops.

Migrate from Orange ADSL classic in 2 bills to Orange normal ADSL in 1 bill:

If you have Orange Classic ADSL, with two bills and would like to upgrade your ADSL speed and migrate to ADSL in one bill offer here is how:

1- Download the form.
2- Download the contract.
3- Fill the documents and sign the contract.
4- Scan and send it with a copy of your ID (Home customer) or your registration ID (PRO customer) to adslupgrade@orange.jo using your orange.jo email ( forgot your orange email) or fax it on 06 4608999.
