Other Internet Service Provider

Thank you very much for being our Orange Fixed customer. If you have another Internet Service Provider (ISP) and you would like to upgrade your speed from the Orange access part, follow these steps:

1- download the form.
2- Fill the form.
3- Send the form filled to adslupgrade@orange.jo using your Orange email address @orange.jo or fax it to 06-4608999.

This is all you need to do; we will call you back to confirm your request.

However, please note the below:

		Your Internet Service Provider should have already upgraded your speed in order to avoid technical problems.
		If you are an ADSL in One Bill customer with another ISP, we won’t be able to upgrade your speed and you need to contact your ISP.

To upgrade your speed, you can call Customer Care at 1214 or visit any of Orange’s points of sale.
