For open bill option all your consumption will be charged to your bill , whether it is inside the bundle or outside. and for cost control option only inside bundle will be included in the bill but for outside bundle usage you can recharge Orange scratch cards.
Pro Plus offers are postpaid offers that provide you with all your telecom needs from minutes to all netwroks, data and SMS with the options of open bill or cost control. In addition to handset subsidy dicount on a vairety range of handsets. Pro Talk offer is a prepaid offer in which you only get monthly minutes to Orange network .
Yes, a discount of 50 piasters per month if you have 2-5 lines and a discount of JD 1 per month if you have 6+ lines (Except for "Pro Talk" and "Pro Plus 7")
International calling bundle:
ability to add "International Bolt On" service with JD 4 /month and call any destinations for 10 piasters, to subscribe call *188# , this service is available for Postpaid offers ( Open bill and cost control)
You need to visit one of our shops or Customer Care Centers to fill out a form. Later on we might call you to ask you to provide us with certain documents or pay a certain amount as a deposit for these services. If your request is approved, a member of our team will call you to explain to you all the details related to the usage of the services
Any time you can buy an extra data bundle by simply dialing *777# to choose one of our available monthly data bundles.
We will send your bill to the physical address you provided us with or to your email address . You can always visit one of our Customer Care Centers to get another copy of your bill. to update your profile call 1660.
If you don't pay your bill by the date indicated on your bill (usually 2 weeks after the date of issuing the bill) we will give you a one week grace period before we suspend your line. Our Customer Care team will call you before suspension takes place. However, if you delay your payment further on, you risk disconnecting your number
We can help you reserve your number by temporarily suspending your line until your return. However, we will ask you to pay a minimal monthly fee instead of the monthly subscription fees in addition to settling any pending charges. To learn more, you can visit any of our Customer Care Centers and our team will be more than glad to help you
