Orange Jordan announces new ‘Tikram’ customer loyalty program

(Amman, Jordan – April 5, 2016) – Orange Jordan recently announced the debut of its all new customer rewards program, 'Tikram.' Through this program, customers will benefit from special offers, discounts and rewards for being part of the Orange Jordan family. 'Tikram' will include all fixed, mobile and internet services and products.

'Tikram' comes in two, complementary parts. First, Orange Jordan customers will be enrolled in a unified points system in which they are awarded points for subscribed and used services and products, including both prepaid and postpaid mobile plans, fixed internet, fixed lines, and IEW. Depending on the number of Orange services they use, they will be given points at different rates based on three different classifications: silver, gold, and platinum. Customers will also receive special rewards and offers, including a birthday bonus of free points and a referral bonus for helping Orange Jordan expand its family and letting others know about Orange. Points can be redeemed for Orange products and services at any Orange Jordan shop or at more than 50 partner stores.  Second, all Orange customers will enjoy special promotions and offers from Orange's wide network of partners.

Commenting on the occasion, during a launch meeting with the media, Patrice Lozé, Orange Jordan Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, said, "We are very excited to present 'Tikram' to all Orange subscribers and for the first time in Jordan across all services. At Orange Jordan, we value the dedication and loyalty of our customers to the Orange brand, so we decided it was time to give back to them in a unique way via a wide range of benefits and offers from Orange Jordan and its partner network. 'Tikram' allows us to do just that, making them feel very well-appreciated and valued, all managed through a dedicated customer interface to make the processing and redeeming of points as efficient and exciting as collecting them."

Lozé went on to say that, through the new loyalty program, Orange Jordan hopes to solidify current customer commitment to Orange products and services and to increase the number of new subscribers to Orange Jordan in the local market, "connecting people with all that is essential to them" and more.

The new 'Tikram' customer loyalty program comes at a time of Orange Jordan's increased focus on improving the customer experience through its corporate strategy Essentials 2020. Introduced last year, Essentials 2020 points to five key drivers in elevating Orange Jordan's position in the Jordanian market, a truly comprehensive response to the needs of its customers being one of them.
