Amman, Jordan – 1 February 2016 – Orange Jordan has officially announced the launch of its all-new Orange Lines, a comprehensive portfolio of mobile offers and services that is more simplified and innovative than ever. This revitalized new mobile portfolio stems from the company's commitment to delivering an unmatched customer experience, in order to better connect all consumers segments with all that is essential to them across the Kingdom.
The new mobile portfolio was announced during a press conference, held on Monday, February 1. The conference was headed by Orange Jordan CEO Jérôme Hénique and Deputy CEO and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Patrice Loze, and welcomed the attendance of numerous key media figures.
During the press conference, Naila Al Dawoud, Orange Jordan Marketing Director, explained that Orange is replacing its previous portfolio of 24 mobile offers, introducing 11 new simplified offers covering prepaid, postpaid and convergent options. In addition to providing customers with more affordable and flexible bundles and offers, the new lineup boasts a wide array of benefits and options never before seen in the Kingdom, resulting from extensive customer surveys to make sure Orange Jordan carefully listens to and accurately answers all of its customers' concerns and expectations. For example, Orange Jordan has introduced a revolutionary first-to-market "Always-on Data" feature, ensuring that its mobile customers will no longer have to worry about being disconnected from the internet or receiving extra charges. Orange will also offer more dynamic data plans, allowing customers to carry over unused data from month to month – a first for customers in Jordan.
Ibrahim Qarabashi, Orange Jordan Marketing Manager, elaborated during his presentation, stating that all of Orange Jordan's new mobile offers include all-day data bundles, unlimited calls within the Orange network, and very generous separate minutes for calling outside the network, as well as more competitive international rates.
In addition, Orange Jordan has made sure to reward its customers for their loyalty, providing free accumulated internet bundles to customers who renew their subscription on time every month. Lastly, Orange Jordan has revealed very attractive promotions on the offers for the launch, including free handsets.
To further enrich the customer care experience, Orange Jordan recently upgraded the My Orange app to enable customers to track their balance and consumption, recharge their data and minutes, and make online payments, all through one easy-to-use mobile application.
Speaking on the occasion, Hénique affirmed that the company's new mobile portfolio reflects a new era of customer-centric offers and services for mobile users in Jordan, and builds upon Orange's ambitious Essentials 2020 strategy which seeks to deliver an unmatched customer experience. As part of this ongoing commitment, Orange re-launched its brand last year, with a new identity and brand guidelines that reflect the company's dynamic momentum. To demonstrate this momentum, Orange Jordan invested JD200 million last year toward upgrading its 2G and 3G networks, in addition to introducing 4G services across the Kingdom. With the introduction of the company's new portfolio of mobile offers, Orange Jordan is further acting upon its commitment to better listen and respond to the needs of its customers – as well as the needs of the community at large – in order to deliver unique and innovative solutions across all consumer segments. Moving forward, the company will continue to diversify its offers and connectivity solutions, in order to further reaffirm Orange Jordan's position as the Kingdom's preferred internet and telecommunications provider.
