The
CEO of Orange Jordan recently inaugurated the telecommunications
company’s third Smart Store in the Kingdom at City Mall, following
previous inaugurations of its Abdoun and Seventh Circle locations.
The opening was attended by Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Chief
Officer of the Consumer Business Unit, Patrice Lozé, and Director of
Retail, Maen Wahbeh, in addition to several other executive officers
from Orange Jordan.
Orange Jordan’s
third Smart Store is located on floor P1 and is comprised of five
sections that serve customers’ daily telecom needs, including Home,
Fun, Health, Work, and On the Move. Similar to the two other Smart
Stores that were inaugurated earlier this year and in 2016, the new
Smart Store at City Mall was designed taking into consideration the
interests and needs of customers, presenting a unique and unmatched
shopping experience, as it allows them to interact hands on with the
products and services, creating a fusion between the user and the
technology itself.
Commenting on the occasion, Orange Jordan CEO
Jérôme Hénique said, “We are very proud to have launched the
third Smart Store in the Kingdom in under a year, offering customers
an unmatched and unprecedented digital shopping experience on a whole
new level, as customers are allowed to actually interact with
products. This will enable them to get a thorough understanding of

in line with the objectives of Orange’s five year corporate
strategy Essentials 2020, which aims to provide customers with an
unmatched digital experience and achieve substantial progress in the
process of presenting products and services in its stores, Orange
Jordan will continue to make profound changes and improvements to
further enable customers to experience products firsthand.
The inauguration of the third Smart
Store is part of a series of achievements that Orange Jordan has
reached in terms of profoundly enhancing the customer experience.
Orange Jordan will continue to open more smart stores aiming to lead
the retail market and transform the customer journey in the Kingdom.
In alignment with its Essentials 2020 strategy, Orange Jordan has
also improved communication points with customers, refreshed its
brand, upgraded its 2G and 3G networks, launched Kingdom-wide 4G and
fiber networks, and successfully launched the new Orange Lines last
year, where it continues to add even more value to the simplified
portfolio of 11 plans that include prepaid, postpaid, and convergent
options, making this offer the best in Jordan.
