Orange Jordan recently signed an agreement with Easy Taxi, under which it will provide the company with an integrated suite of telecom and high-speed internet services with a variety of additional features at preferential rates. The agreement was signed by Orange Jordan's Chief Enterprise Officer, Sami Smeirat, and Easy Taxi's CEO, Ihab Al Disi.
Smeirat noted that this agreement stems from Orange Jordan's continued efforts to expand its network of partnerships to include organizations from different industries, noting that Orange Jordan's services will help improve Easy Taxi's internal and external communications, which will have a measurable effect on its productivity and customer services.
Al Disi echoed Smeriat's sentiments, noting: "We have selected a partner that has the expertise and resources necessary to offer us cutting-edge services that cover our needs, particularly when it comes to high-speed internet connectivity, which is integral to our operations. This will allow us to keep drivers and customers connected at all times through our application, which relies on stable and consistent internet connectivity to perform a variety of essential functions such as location services and route mapping."
It is worth noting that Easy Taxi is a smartphone application designed for all major platforms, including Android, iOS and BlackBerry OS, allowing users to locate and book taxi cabs anywhere within Amman free of charge and with no additional charges.
