For the eighth consecutive year, Orange Jordan sponsored "Warmth" campaign, launched by "Mujaddidun" initiative, to offer underprivileged families support in winter within "Nouskin" integrated initiative program.
Orange Jordan affirmed that supporting this campaign achieves two main objectives. The first is supporting underprivileged families and provide them with the necessities of winter, as they form an integral part of the Jordanian family, and the second is motivating youth to volunteer and participate in this campaign, in order to understand the concept of volunteerism, the positive impact on the society, get inspired from the true meaning of solidarity, and the active role in their local societies. Their involvement in such activities will support them in the future, especially in the labor market.
The campaign, launched by Mujadidoon Society for Charity and Development aims to support underprivileged families across the Kingdom, by distributing winter supplies, including blankets, clothes, and food, in cooperation with many centers and charitable organizations across the governorates, especially those specialized in providing support to orphans and the elderly.
Orange Jordan seeks to support local community institutions, which is in line with its corporate social responsibility that focuses on supporting all segments of society, especially, underprivileged individuals. The company also takes responsibility to combine social ties, cooperation and philanthropy through different programs that fall under its efforts within the social aspect and as an international company operating with a local spirit.
