Net albait+ is a bundle of ADSL and Fixed line offer “Alo unlimited” , Net albait is Only ADSL offer with No fixed line bundle.
4- are Net albait & Net Albait+ offers for limited period?
No, they are permanent offers.
5- can I control the content I can access via the Internet ?
Yes, you can block unwanted sites through a subscription to "family parental control" service.
6- How can I benefit from parental control service?
You can determine the scope of the control you want to perform on the nature of the content by selecting any of the following Services:
- Global Level : subscription to this Service will be at the cost of 1JD/month and can be activated when you subscribe to any of our Offers.
- Home user level: you can activate this level for 3JD and it will enable you to control and regulate the access to certain website and content
7- is there any commitment if i subscribe or change my old offer to one of the new offers ?
Yes, subscription/ migration to any of the ADSL offers is subjected to a one year commitment.
8- how would I know that my monthly bill has been issued?
the bills will be issued at the beginning of each month and will be sent to your Orange email ,
you will also receive an SMS notification on your mobile.
9 - how can I activate the e-mail from @ orange.jo?
your @ orange.jo mail will be activated automatically when you subscribe to any of ADSL offers
10- how can i login to my e-mail?
you can login to your mail box @ orange.jo by using the same user name and password for the ADSL connection .
11- what is the modem type is it wireless or wired?
it's a wireless device and is available with all packages.
12- what is the available speeds for the ADSL offers ?
the available speed starts from 8 Mbps to 80Mpbs for Net Albait+ and 1 Mpbs for Baity 1 offer.
available internet speeds depend on area coverage.
13- how can i get the ADSL offers ?
by visiting one of our shops located all over the kingdom , calling 1214 ,or by ordering it through E- shop.
14- who can get these offers?
any individual is allowed to have this offer
15- what will happen to the old offers?
the old offers baity 2+ , baity 3+ , baity 4+ , Your Home , Ishbek will not be available any more for new sale.
16- is there a certain period for free download in Net albait and Net albait + offers?
there is no certain period for free download it is unlimited all day long for Net albait , Net labait+ and fiber speed1 offers.
