How can I confirm that a payment has been made?

After the payment is confirmed and processed, Orange and the customer’s bank will send a confirmation message via SMS.

What do I have to do to access the bill details online?

You can access your bill details through your Orange e-care log-in account.

    What if I’m not able to complete a transaction electronically?

    You can contact us via our call center at 1777 or 07-770-0177 or the Orange Live Chat. You may also visit the nearest Orange shop near you. However, if the issuer declines the transaction, you must contact your bank.

    How long will it take to activate my line in case of suspension?

    If your line has been suspended, service will be reconnected within 3 hours after payment.

    What is the minimum amount I can pay?

    You can pay a minimum amount of 5.0 JOD.
